It's been a long wait, but Windows 11 finally arrives this month. Can you tell we're excited?

As well as a beautiful new look, the increased functionality and additional features really are something to look forward to. Microsoft has made the whole Windows experience more intuitive, more user-friendly, and more adaptable to our changed way of working.

We're sure you can't wait to get started. But is your business ready for the upgrade? Hopefully you already know about the hardware requirements to run Windows 11.

At a minimum you'll need a:

  • 8th Generation or newer Intel CPU
  • 8 GB of RAM
  • 256 GB of storage
  • TPM 2.0 (which is a security chip)

And that's just to run basic functionality.

Upgrades to existing machines roll out next year. Are your computers ready to upgrade? Or will you need to invest in some new devices?
If you need new hardware but you're not ready to invest in it just yet, that's fine. Microsoft won't stop support for Windows 10 until 2025.

If you've already planned for Windows 11 and are ready for the launch, we'd love to hear your thoughts on the new operating system.
